When your job demands long hours of compassionate care, it's easy to feel completely drained. Burnout often manifests as frequent illness, poor sleep, stomach aches, and a lack of energy.
If you love your work but want to avoid constant burnout, yoga can help. Yoga works through multiple pathways in your body and mind, including your nervous system, muscular system, and breath.
